When is payment due for my order? When will I be charged?

Payment must be made immediately, regardless of the shipment date. Your payment will be processed as soon as you complete the checkout, unless you have established prior terms for net 30 accounts. ACH payments typically take 1-3 business days to process, depending on your financial institution's policies. Shipments will only be dispatched once the payment has been cleared.

Does WMP offer NET 30 terms?

Registered users are eligible to apply for credit by completing our Credit Terms Application.

To obtain the forms, you must first register for a free account with WMP.

After registration, visit our ‘FAQ’ page for ‘Credit Terms’ instructions. You may also use the "Apply for Credit" button located under your user account dashboard.

Do you offer wholesale or member discounts?

Absolutely! All WMP members are automatically qualified for a discount on list prices upon registration. For more details on wholesale discounts, please visit our B2B section.

What are your return & warranty policies?

Please refer to our "Returns" section or "Policies" section for full details. Our standard warranty for most items is 1 year from the date of purchase.

When will my item ship?

Items that are currently in stock typically ship out the same business day if the order is placed before 2pm local warehouse time. For more specific shipping information, please check the "Shipping Details" tab on the product page or refer to the lead times listed under the item title. If you have an urgent order, feel free to start a chat so one of our agents can verify availability for you.

 Same day shipping.

• In Stock. Usually ships the same business day if before 2pm local warehouse time. 
• Orders may still be shipped on the same day if placed after 2pm local time, depending on the warehouse location.

 Ships within 24-48hrs.

• Usually ships the same or next business day. Tracking uploaded within 24-48hrs.
  

 Ships within 1-3 days.

• Usually ships in 1-3 business days. Tracking uploaded once distributor confirmation is received, typically within 24-72hrs.

 Ships within 3-5 days.

• Usually ships in 3-5 business days. Tracking uploaded once distributor confirmation is received, typically within 24-72hrs.

 Ships within 5-7 days.

• We will contact you with the expected delivery date. You will then have the option to complete or cancel the order.

For In Stock items, tracking will be uploaded within 24hrs.

For Non Stock items, tracking is uploaded once distributor confirmation is received, typically within 24hrs of distributor shipment.

Indicated lead times do not include UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Freight transit time and are estimates only.

Items typically ship within times indicated (EX; 1-3, 5-7, 7-14 business days, etc.) but longer lead times could apply. Estimated delivery dates are updated on your sales order delivery page upon distributor confirmation which is usually within 24-72hrs of placing your order.

Returns:

New, unused in-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Restock fees may apply. Restrictions apply with custom, non-stock, or import items. Should you wish to return merchandise, please email us from within your customer portal or directly on the order page message board for our approval before returning any items. All acceptable returns will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees unless specified otherwise. If your return is a warranty claim WMP will provide you with the appropriate postage labels at no charge.

Specially manufactured, aka “Custom” items are non-returnable. In rare instances certain long lead, non-stock items are subject to a 50% restocking fee, i.e.; imported non-returnable items or items designated "Non-returnable" by the manufacturer etc. Items with this designation will be marked as such on your quotation or order and serve as notice.

Tooling Disclaimer

BE CAREFUL! 

Always use appropriate eye and ear protection, along with a dust mask. Refrain from wearing loose clothing while operating bits or tools. Keep your hands, body, clothing, and hair away from the cutter. Never remove safety guards, and ensure you feed material against the cutter's rotation. Avoid using dull or damaged cutters. Disconnect the power supply when changing bits or making adjustments, and always keep the power disconnected when the tool is not in use. Follow all safety instructions provided by the power tool manufacturer. Wood Machinery Parts is not responsible for any defects, damages, or injuries (direct or indirect) resulting from misuse, abuse, alterations, or modifications of any product (including sharpening).

WARNING: When re-grinding tooling products, dust containing potentially harmful substances may be generated. Important Notice Regarding Part Versions

Please be advised that certain parts may exist in multiple iterations, reflecting modifications implemented over time. These distinct versions are delineated within the part description (e.g., V1, V2, V3, Version 1, Version 2, Version 3, Etc.), and may be followed by the precise month and year of their initial introduction. For example, V2.06.14 denotes the second version of a part, which entered use in June 2014.

To ensure the accurate selection of the requisite part, particularly when multiple versions are indicated, kindly consult the your manufacture date displayed on your machine's identification label and the manual documentation.
